Because of the hours I work, it's hard to know when exactly I'll be home. I discovered E-Mealz and have found it to be a time saver. You can choose a meal plan that is right for your family, and for $1.25 a week, the menu is planned as is the grocery list. Just print it off and add anything else you would want to add as far as breakfast or lunch meals. Just click on the icon below and you will be taken to the website.
