You can certainly sell items on Craigslist or Ebay as well.

And even though it is winter & you aren’t always able to have the windows open while painting, you can certainly use the low VOC paints that are on the market. Don’t stop at the walls, the ceilings, trim & doors could all use a fresh coat of paint as well.
Clean out and organize closets, cabinets & pantries. Buyers will open those doors and look in, as they go thru your home.
Take the time now to visit a few open houses and meet some Realtors. Ask questions, this is one way of interviewing potential Realtors.
