While internet banking is a great thing, there is something about being able to talk to the same person every time, in person if that’s what it takes to get the job done/
The lender you use should have a reputation for knowing the ever changing lending rules, the different types of loans available to borrowers as well as a reputation for getting the job done.
The lender should also return phone calls/email messages, as well as keep you updated as to what is going on during the loan application process.
