Annette is an animal lover, a car enthusiast, and a supporter of the arts.  She was born and raised on the northeast side of Indianapolis and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in telecommunications from Ball State University. In 2007, she started editing commercials and concert music videos for Bill & Gloria Gaither in Alexandria, Indiana. Now, ten years later she’s starting a new adventure in real estate.  Annette is a believer in the philosophy that less is more, and has studied the art of living with less, which can be a great asset to any seller looking to de-clutter and stage their home.  Her background in videography and photography can also prove as a useful asset in marketing a home. Annette enjoys helping people and would be happy to assist you with your home buying and selling needs.

Meet our Newest Broker/Realtor!

Meet Samantha Evans, our newest Broker/Realtor at Whalen Realty Group, LLC.  Samantha recently graduated from RECP.  Samantha chose Real Estate as her profession not only because she has always had an interest Real Estate, she also enjoys helping others achieve their dream of home ownership.  She looks forward to guiding people thru the process, and is intent on looking out for her buyers or sellers best interest.

Samantha has been a stay at home mom for the past 8 years, and prior to that worked as a Journeyman Carpenter for 17 years.  She is still a member of the Central Indiana Carpenters.  This skill set is an asset that will allow her to help both buyers and sellers when it comes to assisting them as they look at home value and home renovations.

Her interests are her family, volunteering at her daughters’ school with the PTO and other activities, as well as NPR and PBS.

                                              Meet our Featured Vendor Jaime Kester,
                                        Residential Business Consultant of Chicago Title!

Hello, my name is Jaime Kester.  I am a sales representative for Chicago Title.  I have been with Chicago Title for 13 ½ years.  I grew up in Indianapolis and have lived in Johnson County for the last 13 years.  In my free time I enjoy working out, spending time with my family, spending time with my 4 legged babies, and most recently, you will find me at the dirt tracks watching my boyfriend race. 

I started my career with Chicago title knowing nothing about how the real estate industry works.  I was a homeowner when I started, but had no idea how title, lending, and realtors all worked together.  My job for Chicago Title is to build relationships, educate real estate agents on why they should bring their buyers and sellers to Chicago Title, and also help with their marketing efforts.  I am very fortunate to work with the largest underwriter in the Country.  I love my job because of the relationships I have in the industry.  I think most fulfilling part is the problem solving and getting the deal to come together.  Making home buyers dreams of owning a home is a pretty big deal.
